FARMDOC.IN is an online portal facilitating doctor consultation scheduling at physical pharmacy seating locations. FARMDOC.IN acts as a platform to connect patients, doctors, and pharmacies. We do not provide direct clinical or medical advice.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Consultation fees and booking platform fees are processed online via Razorpay payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms. FARMDOC.IN is not liable for failed transactions, chargebacks, or gateway disruptions.
FARMDOC.IN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or for disputes between patients and doctors/pharmacies.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kailashahar, Unakoti, Tripura.
